Hi! My name is Yelena and I’m a 16-year post-op weight loss surgery patient and NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. I am also an obesity care advocate and nationally known public speaker. My goal for my clients: make “being healthy” easy and sustainable. This means taking a “hacking” approach to your health journey. Over time, you will create a lifestyle that supports healthy eating, movement, and wellness, instead of having to constantly search for “willpower” to maintain some level of health. We’re done with yo-yo dieting and we’re done with guilt, shame, and regain.
