Virtual Zumba®

Zumba® is a whole-body workout that combines cardio, muscle conditioning, flexibility and balance. It’s an interval-style, calorie-burning dance party. Fun for individuals at all fitness levels.

Virtual Bodyweight Strength

No dumbells? No problem! Bodyweight exercises use an individual's own weight to provide resistance against gravity to gain strength over time.
